Returns / Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. We will then make arrangements for a refund or an exchange. I do not want you to feel stuck with something you are unhappy with. Also, I would really appreciate it if you'd contact me before leaving feedback if you're unhappy with your item. We will work it out! :)

For EXCHANGES: After you notify me with your exchange information and after I receive your returned item, I will ship out your new item(s) for FREE. Please be sure to ship the item back in the way in which it was received (unworn and in protective packaging).

I'm very sorry but I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, worn pieces and custom/bridal orders.

In the unlikely event that something happens to your jewelry, or if your jewelry is damaged upon arrival - I offer free repairs (minus the shipping cost) for 1 year. If you're not happy with a chain length, I can always make alterations for you (ie: shorten or add an extender). As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions at anytime!
